Terms of service

These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms”) determine the rules for using the Flowdurance online store available at flowdurance.com and regulate the relationship between Flowdurance d.o.o. and its customers. Details on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

The Terms are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

By using the website, you confirm that you are aware of and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the online store.

3. Definitions

  • User – any person using the website.
  • Customer / Consumer – a person who makes a purchase in the online store.
  • Member – a registered user with a customer account.
  • Guest – a user who makes a purchase without registration.

4. Use of the Website

By using the website, you agree to:

  • use it lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations,
  • not distribute harmful software, spam, or illegal content,
  • not copy or misuse content without written permission,
  • provide accurate and truthful information when making a purchase.

5. Registration

Registration is optional – both members and guests can make purchases.

When registering, you provide your name, surname and email and create a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

6. Purchase Process

  • Product Selection – choose the desired product and add it to the cart.
  • Checkout – fill in your shipping and payment details.
  • Order Confirmation – review the order and confirm by clicking “Place Order”.
  • Order Processing – you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Delivery – products are delivered according to the chosen shipping method.

7. Prices

  • All prices include VAT and are listed in euros (€).
  • Prices are valid at the time of placing the order.
  • Shipping costs are displayed before confirming the purchase.
  • Flowdurance reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

8. Payment Methods

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania)

9. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping is free for:

  • Slovenia: orders over €50
  • European Union: orders over €75
  • Worldwide: orders over €100

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer bears the re-delivery cost.

10. Right of Withdrawal

  • You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Certain products (e.g. opened supplements, underwear) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

11. Product Complaints and Liability

  • Products must conform to the contract and be free of defects.
  • In case of non-conformity, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
  • Flowdurance is liable for non-conformity for 2 years after delivery.

12. Security

  • Payments are processed securely through certified payment processors.
  • Credit card details are not stored on our servers.

13. Limitation of Liability

Flowdurance makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of website content but is not liable for minor errors, changes in product features, or delays in delivery caused by third parties.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes are resolved amicably whenever possible.
  • If no agreement is reached, the court of the customer’s domicile in Slovenia has jurisdiction.
  • Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to the Terms

These Terms are effective from 7 August 2025 and remain in force until amended. Changes will be published on the Flowdurance website and apply from the date of publication.

16. Conclusion of a Subscription (installment delivery contract)

If you placed your order as a subscription, the following provisions apply:

  • A contract for the regular delivery of the products is only concluded when we accept your order by means of a declaration of acceptance.
  • The subscription is concluded for a limited period of 1 month. After expiry it is automatically renewed for an indefinite period.
  • You may cancel the subscription at any time, without notice and without giving a reason, with effect for the future.
  • We may terminate the subscription for cause with 4 weeks’ notice prior to its expiration.
  • If delivery of the ordered products is not possible (e.g. because the product is out of stock), we will not issue a declaration of acceptance and no contract is concluded. We will inform you of this immediately and refund any payment already received without delay.
