Refund policy

At Flowdurance we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below are the rules for withdrawal, returns and complaints.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

• You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
• The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Certain products (e.g. opened supplements, underwear) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Complaints & product liability

• Products must conform to the contract and be free of defects.
• In case of non-conformity you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
• Flowdurance is liable for non-conformity for 2 years after delivery.

How to return

To withdraw or file a complaint, email us at info@flowdurance.com with your order number. We will send you the next steps. Refunds are issued within the statutory period after we receive the returned goods.
